Delete immediately in the app
This is the fastest option and also removes account-related Nimyo data from the current device.
- Open Nimyo.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Verify your password and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app
Contact the Nimyo developer using one of the official channels below. We will verify that you own the account before deleting it.
Include only the email address or phone number used for your Nimyo account. Never send your password, backup file, or financial records.
What happens after a request?
- We acknowledge your request through the same contact channel.
- We ask for a safe ownership verification. We never ask for your password.
- We permanently delete the account and covered cloud data within 7 days after verification.
- We confirm completion. The deleted account can no longer be used to sign in.
Data deleted and data kept
Deleted
- Supabase Auth sign-in identity and sessions.
- Account email or phone identifier and optional display name.
- Synchronized workspaces, transactions, balances, financial periods, categories, tags, vault accounts, debts, goals, and recurring rules.
- Account preferences and associated synchronization, device-authority, deletion, and conflict records.
- Account-related data on the current device when deletion is completed inside the app.
Not deleted automatically
- Reports and encrypted backups exported by you outside Nimyo. Delete these from their saved locations yourself.
- App data stored only on a device cannot be erased by a remote email or WhatsApp request. Remove it by clearing app storage or uninstalling Nimyo.
- Limited security logs or infrastructure backups managed by Supabase may remain according to its service plan and policies. Nimyo retains no operational copy of the deleted account data.
Important safety note
Nimyo will never ask for your password. We may ask you to confirm control of the registered email address or phone number. Do not send screenshots containing financial data.

الحذف الفوري داخل التطبيق
هذا هو الخيار الأسرع، ويحذف أيضاً بيانات نميو المرتبطة بالحساب من الجهاز الحالي.
- افتح تطبيق نميو.
- انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب.
- اختر حذف الحساب والبيانات.
- تحقق بكلمة المرور ثم أكد الحذف النهائي.
طلب الحذف من دون التطبيق
تواصل مع مطور نميو عبر إحدى القناتين الرسميتين أدناه. سنتحقق من ملكيتك للحساب قبل حذفه.
أرسل فقط البريد أو رقم الهاتف المستخدم في حساب نميو. لا ترسل أبداً كلمة المرور أو النسخة الاحتياطية أو السجلات المالية.
ماذا يحدث بعد إرسال الطلب؟
- نؤكد استلام طلبك عبر قناة التواصل نفسها.
- نطلب تحققاً آمناً من ملكية الحساب، ولا نطلب كلمة المرور مطلقاً.
- نحذف الحساب والبيانات السحابية المشمولة نهائياً خلال 7 أيام بعد اكتمال التحقق.
- نؤكد اكتمال الحذف، وبعده لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول بالحساب المحذوف.
البيانات المحذوفة والبيانات المستثناة
ما يُحذف
- هوية تسجيل الدخول وجلساته في Supabase Auth.
- بريد الحساب أو رقم هاتفه والاسم المعروض الاختياري.
- مساحات العمل والمعاملات والأرصدة والفترات المالية والتصنيفات والوسوم وحسابات الخزنة والديون والأهداف والقواعد المتكررة المتزامنة.
- تفضيلات الحساب وسجلات المزامنة وسلطة الجهاز والحذف والتعارض المرتبطة.
- بيانات الحساب على الجهاز الحالي عندما ينفذ الحذف من داخل التطبيق.
ما لا يُحذف تلقائياً
- التقارير والنسخ الاحتياطية المشفرة التي صدّرتها خارج نميو؛ احذفها بنفسك من مكان حفظها.
- لا يستطيع طلب البريد أو واتساب محو بيانات محفوظة محلياً فقط على جهازك. احذفها بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو إزالة نميو.
- قد تبقى مدة محدودة سجلات أمنية أو نسخ بنية تحتية يديرها Supabase وفق خطة الخدمة وسياساتها. لا يحتفظ نميو بنسخة تشغيلية من بيانات الحساب المحذوف.
تنبيه أمني مهم
لن يطلب نميو كلمة مرورك مطلقاً. قد نطلب إثبات السيطرة على البريد أو رقم الهاتف المسجل. لا ترسل صوراً تتضمن بيانات مالية.
